Nonprofit Campaign Leadership Entry-Level Trainee

About the Role:

As an Entry-Level Trainee, you’ll gain first-hand experience in nonprofit event coordination, donor outreach, and leadership development. You’ll work directly with community members at local events and retail locations, helping to support mission-driven campaigns through personal engagement and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with team members to design and execute outreach strategies that support youth-focused nonprofit programs

• Communicate with the public to build awareness and encourage donations for educational and prevention-based initiatives

• Help coordinate community fundraising events and manage campaign logistics

• Participate in daily mentorship and coaching to build leadership, communication, and planning skills

• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and campaign performance

• Take ownership of campaign goals, tracking performance and celebrating team wins

What We Look For:

• High school diploma or equivalent; no degree required

• Background in customer service, volunteering, or leadership roles is a plus, not a must

• Friendly, confident personality with strong speaking and interpersonal skills

• Driven, goal-oriented mindset with a heart for community impact

• Interest in youth advocacy, public health, or nonprofit work

• Comfortable in fast-paced, face-to-face outreach environments
