Nonprofit Outreach Representative

At The MGN, we partner with nonprofits to help them grow through direct community engagement and outreach. We’re seeking enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join us as Nonprofit Outreach Representatives. No experience? No problem! We provide full training and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with community members at events and public outreach efforts

• Educate the public about nonprofit missions and encourage involvement

• Assist with event setup, materials, and data collection

• Represent clients with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Work closely with a team to achieve outreach and fundraising goals

Who We’re Looking For:

• 18+ and available for full-time, in-person work

• Friendly, outgoing, and eager to engage with diverse audiences

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Motivated, reliable, and open to learning

• Passionate about making a difference in the community
