The Winter Nordic Instructor position creates memorable experiences for guests and encourages lifetime participation in winter sports. The Nordic Instructor ensures that lesson participants are safe, have fun, and learn according to their desires.

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Winter Nordic Instructor, you will ensure guests of all ages and abilities enjoy a safe, fun, and educational experience. You will teach lessons, manage student groups, provide guidance on equipment and techniques, and support the rental and sales operations as needed.
A Day in the Life
Throughout the day, you’ll instruct program, group, and private lessons, adapt teaching methods to student abilities, assist supervisors, and maintain a safe, professional learning environment. Between lessons, you may work the rental or sales counter, answer phones, and complete required paperwork. By day’s end, you’ll leave knowing you contributed to memorable winter experiences for guests.
