Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Automotive industry

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cars and customer service. In this role, you will assist customers with various inquiries while providing outstanding service in Nordic languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.
• Provide guidance on vehicle specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers with the booking process for services, test drives, and vehicle purchases.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues courteously and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide seamless customer experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and automotive developments to deliver knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
• Aptitude for multitasking and managing customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
