As a member of our customer service team, you will assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable experience in their travel endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to aviation services, bookings, and flight information via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
• Provide real-time assistance regarding flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and travel regulations.
• Assist customers with the booking process, changes, and cancellations effectively.
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide customers with the most updated information.
• Stay informed about aviation industry trends and company updates to provide valuable insights to customers.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Capacity to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
