Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Biotechnology industry

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about science and technology, and who excel in providing outstanding customer support. You will be responsible for engaging with clients in Nordic languages, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through our biotechnology products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to biotechnology products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
• Provide accurate information on product specifications, applications, and availability.
• Assist customers with orders, account management, and service-related questions.
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to address customer needs effectively.
• Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings to advise customers appropriately.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the biotechnology or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to understand and convey complex scientific information clearly.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
