This role is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for construction and enjoy supporting customers with their inquiries. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their needs while providing exceptional service in Nordic languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to construction services, project timelines, and product information via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.
• Provide guidance on construction processes, service offerings, and available solutions.
• Assist customers with project-related questions, orders, and service modifications.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to provide accurate updates and solutions to clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends, construction codes, and company offerings to enhance customer interactions.

• Fluency in Nordic languages (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or related industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
