Job Description - Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Education & E-Learning industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about learning and education, and who excel in providing outstanding customer service. As a representative, you will be responsible for assisting students, educators, and institutions with their inquiries, while ensuring a seamless experience in Nordic languages.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to educational products, platforms, and services via phone, email, and live chat in a Nordic language.
  • Provide information on course offerings, enrollment processes, and platform features.
  • Assist users with account management, technical support, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve user experiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant information to users.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) both written and spoken; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the education or e-learning sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and customer-oriented approach.
  • Adept at problem-solving and capable of providing clear guidance to users.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with educational technologies and e-learning platforms is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
