This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about energy solutions and committed to providing outstanding customer service. As part of our team, you will assist clients with inquiries and support their needs in a Nordic language.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to oil and gas services, products, and solutions via phone, email, and live chat in the appropriate Nordic language.
• Provide information on service options, pricing, and project timelines to customers.
• Assist clients with account management, service requests, and troubleshooting issues.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant information to clients.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward addressing customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
