This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial services and client interactions. You will provide outstanding customer support while helping clients navigate their financial questions and concerns efficiently, all while communicating in a Nordic language.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding financial products and services via phone, email, and live chat in a Nordic language.
• Assist clients with account management, loan applications, and investment queries.
• Provide information about financial regulations, policies, and available solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and speed.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for compliance and reference.
• Work closely with other departments to facilitate effective service delivery and meet customer needs.
• Stay informed about financial industry trends and changes to better assist customers.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English is essential.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the finance or banking sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and financial service applications is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
