This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food products and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will assist customers in navigating inquiries related to products, orders, and services, all while providing support in a Nordic language.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and service options via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.
• Provide detailed information on product availability, ingredients, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist customers with order processing, modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve any customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely service and delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends and company product offerings to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the food and beverage sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
