This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and possess a keen understanding of insurance products. As a representative, you will provide vital support to clients, assisting them with their inquiries and helping them navigate their insurance needs in their native language.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, and products via phone, email, and live chat in a Nordic language.
• Provide clear and concise information about insurance coverage, terms, and benefits to customers.
• Assist clients with the claims process and answer questions related to claim status.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite customer requests and enhance service quality.
• Stay informed of industry developments and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
