Job Description - Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Logistics & Supply Chain industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and a keen interest in logistics solutions. As a representative, you will assist clients in navigating their logistics needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience while communicating effectively in Nordic languages.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to logistics and supply chain services, including shipping, tracking, and delivery options via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
  • Provide information on service availability, pricing, and compliance with shipping regulations.
  • Assist customers with booking processes, changes, and any required documentation.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, updates, and operational changes related to logistics and supply chain management.
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics management systems and CRM software is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
