Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Manufacturing industry

You will be responsible for assisting clients in their inquiries and providing them with the necessary support in a Nordic language of your proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to manufacturing products, services, and order status via phone, email, and live chat in the Nordic language.
• Provide detailed information on product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers with order processing, changes, and issues related to manufacturing services.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical inquiries efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to provide effective support.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) both written and spoken is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the manufacturing or industrial sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex inquiries.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and general office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
