Job Description - Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Media & Entertainment industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Media & Entertainment industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about media services and enjoy providing top-notch customer support. As a key member of our customer service team, you will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure they have a fantastic experience in their native Nordic language.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to media services, subscriptions, and entertainment options via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.
  • Assist customers with account management, including adjustments to subscriptions and troubleshooting service issues.
  • Offer detailed information about new releases, features, and promotions within the media and entertainment sector.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction through effective solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide current information to customers.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, etc.) both written and spoken is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and a good understanding of digital media services.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessitated by customer needs.
