You will provide top-notch support to clients in a Nordic language, assisting them with their real estate inquiries and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to real estate listings, transactions, and services via phone, email, and live chat in a Nordic language.
• Provide detailed information about properties, market conditions, and real estate processes to customers.
• Assist clients with documentation, account management, and scheduling property viewings.
• Resolve any issues or complaints effectively, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to streamline customer service efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, property laws, and company offerings to better assist customers.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and related software applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
