In this position, you will assist customers in navigating renewable energy solutions while providing top-notch support in Nordic languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to renewable energy products and services via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
• Educate customers on renewable energy options, energy efficiency programs, and environmental benefits.
• Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting as required.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to address customer needs and enhance their experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and company initiatives to effectively support customers.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) both written and spoken; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to customers.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
