Job Description - Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Telecommunications industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the telecommunications industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing top-notch customer support. As a representative, you will engage with clients in Nordic languages, assisting them with their telecommunications inquiries and ensuring they receive a seamless experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, including account management, billing, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
  • Assist customers with service plans, device activations, and technical support.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products, promotions, and available services.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately for future reference.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer service delivery and support.
  • Stay informed about new technologies, products, and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Fluency in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Aptitude for multitasking and effectively prioritizing customer inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and general office software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
