Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to transportation services, scheduling, and pricing via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.
• Provide customers with information on shipping options, delivery timelines, and service regulations.
• Assist customers with booking processes, changes, and cancellations of services.
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide real-time information to customers.
• Stay informed about transportation trends and service updates to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and CRM software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
