• Lead successful delivery of global/local V363N content into KCAP launch, including E-Transit
• Lead effective communication and decision-making between Ford Pro NA Marketing, KCAP PVT and Europe LVEA for V363N NA market customer requirements and product delivery
• Lead local interfaces to US management, and support Ford Pro Marketing at NA Customer / Upfitter meetings and events as required.
• Lead technical support to US Commercial Vehicles SVE team at upfitter meetings and in response to BBAS (Body Builders Advisory Service) requests
• Support PVT-led achievement of 3MIS Warranty and resolution of in-field quality issues
• Lead delivery of TVM targets and PVT-led implementations in KCAP

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years in program management or leadership roles, particularly in automotive or commercial vehicle sectors.
• Program Management and/or CPE leadership experience, including Launch
• Experience working directly with overseas LVEA and/or Plants
• Experience working with Ford Pro Marketing and communicating directly with external Business Customers / Upfitters
• Broad Engineering experience (Vehicle, Hardware sub-sytems, Software), including EV familiarity
