North Campus Receptionist

Milton Gottesman Jewish Day School of the Nation's Capital is an independent, community Jewish day school that currently offers a dual curriculum of General and Judaic studies for students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 8. The school serves more than 475 students at our Kay and Robert Schattner Center Campuses - the beautiful South Campus for Early Childhood students in Grades PK-1, and the newly renovated and expanded North Campus for Elementary and Middle School students in Grades 2-8.

MILTON is currently seeking a Receptionist for its North Campus.

Job Description:

Sit at the front desk at North Campus to serve as a welcoming and helpful presence
Schedule visitors and providers coming to North Campus
Distribute lunch and troubleshoot, including coordinating with the South Campus Office Manager as needed
Support HR at MILTON with schedules and coverage as needed
Manage North Campus Principal's Schedule
Serve as the health room manager at North campus whenever the nurse is not present (training provided)
Oversee Arrival/Dismissal
Support other administrative functions
Be flexible and ready to support other school administrative needs as needed and requested
