Job Summary

The Sales position is responsible for promoting and selling QSI buildings by engaging with prospective and existing customers, preparing proposals and contracts, and ensuring project accuracy through collaboration with internal teams. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the  ability to manage customer relationships throughout the entire sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities  

• Maintain regular and predictable work schedule  

• Provide excellent customer service and reflect our company’s core values at all times  

• Contact, meet, and follow up with customers to build strong, trust-based relationships  

• Prepare building proposals and written contracts  

• Enter contracts accurately into the computer inventory system  

• Collaborate with sales support to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction  

• Review drawings and materials for accuracy before submission  

• Prepare Job Packs and labor contracts as required  

• Verify proper city and county licensing is in place and assist with permit processing  

• Collect payments in accordance with company policy  

• Schedule and conduct final walkthroughs after structure completion  

• Perform other duties as assigned  

• Comply with QSI policies and procedures

Education and/or Experience 

• Any combination of job-related experience and/or training, which would produce the required knowledge, skills and abilities 
• Sales experience  
• Prior Construction experience is required  
• QSI provides on-the-job training Requirements  
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record  
• Ability to operate a computer, Microsoft office and other general office equipment
