SUMMARY: Direct and coordinate the daily operations of the Norwalk and Bucyrus branches. Work closely with the central dispatcher and administrative staff to keep the division running effectively, smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of safety performance and customer service.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist the Regional Operations Manager with preparing the annual budget.
· Coordinate the purchasing of new trucks and equipment with the Regional Operations Manager.
· Coordinate with other Sunrise branches to share labor when necessary to meet our customers’ needs.
· All other duties as assigned.
SPECIAL SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
· Ability to create an environment that focuses on employee development and engagement.
· Foster an atmosphere of continuous improvement to help identify opportunities to better service our customers and improve efficiency.
· Must obtain a class B CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements.
· Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Prior experience working with propane, fuels and related equipment is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to read and count
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
