This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about aviation and customer service. As a representative, you will assist passengers with their inquiries regarding flight bookings, travel information, and airline services, all while providing exceptional service in Norwegian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and travel itineraries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
• Provide accurate information on airline services, baggage policies, and fare options.
• Assist customers with changes to their reservations and address any service-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and effective manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth passenger experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay informed on aviation industry trends and updates to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations gracefully.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
