As a representative, you will assist clients in managing their banking needs, providing them with vital information and support in Norwegian.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
• Assist customers with account opening, loans, and various banking transactions.
• Provide information on account status, transactions, and interest rates, ensuring transparency to clients.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Accurately document all interactions and account information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with banking departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about banking regulations and product offerings to provide accurate guidance to customers.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and banking software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
