You will be the key contact for customers, helping them navigate their inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience while utilizing our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to construction projects, materials, and services via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
• Provide detailed information regarding project timelines, pricing, and service options.
• Assist clients with issues that arise during the course of their projects and facilitate effective solutions.
• Document and maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to provide up-to-date information to customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to assist customers accurately.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, specifically within the construction industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills along with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.
