Norwegian Speaking Customer Service for Manufacturing industry

This position is perfect for individuals who possess a passion for customer service and have a strong interest in manufacturing processes. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, ensuring they receive prompt and effective support in Norwegian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
• Provide detailed information regarding product specifications, availability, and order processes.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure their needs are met efficiently and courteously.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates on manufacturing processes to support customers effectively.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer inquiries.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a high-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and manufacturing applications is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
