Norwegian Speaking Junior Content Moderator

Job Responsibilities:

• Moderate content across various platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company standards.
• Review user-generated content (text, images, and videos) to identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content (e.g., hate speech, graphic content, policy violations).
• Enforce platform policies to ensure a safe and positive user experience.
• Escalate serious content violations to the appropriate teams.
• Provide valuable feedback on content trends and help improve moderation procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality content moderation and consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

• Fluent Norwegian (written and spoken) and good English skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
• Comfortable handling sensitive content and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
