What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

• Monitor Management Notifications from across the network.
• Facilitate resolution of complex issues.
• Interact professionally with global Colleagues, often including senior leadership.
• Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to assessments, prioritization and decision-making.
• Ensure issues are consistently triaged and processed across the global network.
• Ensure issue resolution and BOH communications are effectively documented, using responsible business communications.
• Support the Management Notification, BOH Reporting and Market Action L2 processes from a global above-site perspective.
• Contribute ideas and support for continuous improvement efforts for multiple L2 processes.
• Review of BOH Reporting documents (Field Alert Reports (FAR) and Biological Product Deviation Report (BPDR)).
• Work independently on assignments, seeking guidance on unusual or complex problems.
• Utilize judgment and experience to become a resource for others.
• Support US Recalls, when required.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience; or MS with at least 2 years of experience; or PhD with 0+ years of experience; or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience; or high School Diploma (or Equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of the regulatory and compliance frameworks pertinent to biopharmaceutical operations
• Capable of managing multiple complex projects with a strong sense of business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal effectiveness, coupled with superior written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):

• Master's degree
• Experience in quality control and/or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in aseptic processes and operational knowledge
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Non-standard work hours are sometimes needed to support Colleagues in multiple time zones.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,200.00 to $165,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
