Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team. This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, providing classroom assistance in schools around the Crescent City area. There is potential for contract renewal based on performance and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed.
• Support students with special needs in accessing the curriculum and completing assignments.
• Aid in classroom organization and preparation of materials.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement educational plans.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is beneficial.
