Job Description - Now Hiring: Bilingual Speech Pathologist (SLP)

Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity – Illinois | 2025–2026 School Year

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is proud to partner with school districts across Illinois in our mission to support students through high-quality special education services. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist fluent in Spanish and English to join a dynamic educational team for the upcoming school year.

This full-time, school-based opportunity offers the chance to work directly with students in grades K–12, providing culturally responsive speech and language services across a maximum of two school buildings. Your expertise will help bilingual and multilingual students access their education, strengthen communication skills, and build confidence.

Position Overview:

Immediate interviews available

Provide bilingual SLP services to a diverse student population

Travel limited to no more than 2 buildings (mileage reimbursed)

Full-time (37.5 hours/week) school-based role for the 2025–2026 academic year

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who hold a master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field, along with an active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license and a valid Professional Educator License (PEL). Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively support bilingual students. While ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred, Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply and will be supported. Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is a valuable asset.
