We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our Remodel & Repair team. This is a mid-level position for a skilled tradesperson who takes craftsmanship seriously, holds themselves to a high standard, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely appreciates good work.

What You Will Earn
$25.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience

What You Will Do
•    Repair and replace windows, window sills, stools, and trim
•    Install and replace baseboards and crown molding
•    Replace studs and structural framing components as needed
•    Patch, prime, and paint drywall (sheetrock) to a finished standard
•    Replace floor joists and rim joists
•    Work as directed by your Team Leader and communicate clearly on job progress
•    Represent APS with professionalism in every customer's home

What We Are Looking For
•    Demonstrated carpentry or remodel experience — this is a mid-level position and prior hands-on experience is required
•    Proficiency with framing, trim work, drywall, and finish carpentry
•    Ability to read a job scope and execute to a quality standard without constant supervision
•    Strong attention to detail — our customers notice the difference, and so do we
•    Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stoop, bend, and kneel for extended periods
•    Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
•    Dependable, honest, and team-oriented — the kind of person who takes pride in doing things right
•    Ability to work overtime when project timelines require it
