We have an amazing opportunity for seasoned CDL-A drivers looking for a Midwest regional route that offers reliable home time and competitive weekly pay. Operating out of Springfield, you’ll benefit from consistent miles, weekly 34-hour resets, and hassle-free, no-touch freight that keeps your journey smooth.

You can run up to 2,000 miles each week with manageable regional hauls averaging around 300 miles per trip. With 100% no-touch freight—50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload—you’ll stay productive without the heavy lifting. Expect to earn about $1,200 gross weekly, along with that $1,000 sign-on bonus, which is split between your first load and your first 30 days on the job.

What You’ll Enjoy:

- Detention Pay: $12.50/hr after 2 hours

- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day

- Performance Bonus: Earn up to an extra 3 CPM

Vacation Package:

- 1 year = 1 week

- 3 years = 2 weeks

- 7 years = 3 weeks

- 15 years = 4 weeks

Driver Requirements:

- Valid CDL-A and DOT Medical Card

- Minimum age: 21

- 3–12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

- Solid driving record

- DOT physical & drug screen required
