Get ready for an amazing opportunity! We’re looking for experienced CDL-A drivers for a Midwest regional route that offers consistent home time and great earning potential. You’ll be operating out of Springfield, enjoying predictable miles, weekly 34-hour resets, and regional freight that keeps you moving smoothly.

On average, drivers cover about 2,000 miles a week, with typical hauls around 300 miles. This job features 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload. You can expect to earn around $1,200 weekly, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus that’s split between your first load and after 30 days.

Here’s what you need to know:

Home Time: Enjoy weekly 34-hour resets that fit your schedule

Average Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,000 miles, depending on hours of service and availability

Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight (50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload)

Equipment: Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth truck

Support: We offer 24/7 operational support

Vacation Package:

1 year = 1 week

3 years = 2 weeks

7 years = 3 weeks

15 years = 4 weeks

Pay & Bonuses:

Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours

Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day

Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load, plus another $500 after 30 days (you must be active and seated to receive this)

Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 cents per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity starting the month after you’re hired

Bonus Eligibility:

Bonuses may change or be canceled with proper notice

Employment is at-will; either party can terminate at any time

You must be an active driver on the payout date to qualify
