(Now Hiring) CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Attentive Care Service Agency is a licensed home care provider committed to offering compassionate, high-quality services to clients/patients in the comfort of their homes. We are currently hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support both field visits and office operations.

🩺 Responsibilities:

Field Duties (Home Visits):

• Conduct basic clinical assessments in clients' homes


• Take and record vital signs and client updates


• Provide medication reminders and observe client condition


• Communicate changes in patients status to the supervising nurse

Office Duties (Agency Support):

• Assist with intake paperwork and client charting


• Organize and maintain medical records and documentation


• Communicate with clinical staff, patients, and providers as needed


• Help coordinate scheduling, follow-up care and billing

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification (AAMA, AMT, or equivalent)


• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation (own vehicle), and willingness to travel locally


• CPR certification (current or able to obtain)


• Comfortable with both in-field visits and administrative/clerical work


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Home care or healthcare office experience is preferred but will train
