Job Description - Now Hiring: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Fairless Hills PA

📍 Location: Fairless Hills, PA
⏰ Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 12-6pm, Friday 12-7pm (Total: 25 hours per week)
💲 Pay: $15-$17 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Fairless Hills, PA. This role involves providing support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily activities, and promoting independence.

Responsibilities:
✔ Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation
✔ Support individuals in engaging with the community and social activities
✔ Provide companionship and emotional support
✔ Follow individualized care plans and ensure a safe environment

Requirements:
✔ Prior experience as a DSP or caregiver preferred (but not required)
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Compassionate, patient, and responsible
