Okie Staffing is seeking a dependable Kettle Floor Assistant to support production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role assists kettle operators with material handling, batching, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with adding raw materials and supporting kettle operations
• Clean kettles, tools, and maintain work area
• Monitor basic process conditions (temps, levels, timing)
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Perform basic inspections and report issues
• Complete production documentation accurately

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in high-heat environments
• Basic math skills (including fractions and measurements)
• Ability to follow recipes, formulas, or written instructions
• Strong attendance and teamwork

Preferred

• Manufacturing, or industrial experience
• Forklift or overhead crane experience

Located in Tulsa, OK

$17.00/hour

Full-Time | Overtime as needed
