We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, and energetic individual to become a key part of our team. If you love music, enjoy working with people, and want to grow with a well-established local business, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Position Details

Schedule: 5 days a week — 2 evenings and 3 daytime shifts (one must be Saturday or Sunday)

Hours: 36–40 hours per week

Starting Salary: $40,000+ annually (negotiable based on experience)

Growth Opportunities: Potential to advance and increase compensation over time

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide exceptional customer service across many facets of the store — including rentals, lessons, repairs, equipment sales, and general retail

Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, vendors, and team members

Assist families, students, and musicians in finding the right products and service

Stand and move comfortably for extended periods (5–7 hours per shift)

What We’re Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly detail-oriented

Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

A “rockstar” personality — friendly, outgoing, and approachable

Background in music retail or strong knowledge of woodwind, brass, and/or fretted instruments

Willingness to be hands-on in a busy, customer-focused environment
