As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.
Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and growth of the agency. This role oversees operational excellence, caregiver and client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, staffing, and business development. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and coach with proven experience in home care, senior care, or service-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
· Oversee day-to-day agency operations to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery
· Manage client on-boarding, care plans, service scheduling, and ongoing quality assurance
· Ensure compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Team Management
· Lead, coach, and develop office staff and field caregivers
· Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service
· Handle recruitment, on-boarding, and performance management processes
Business Growth & Client Relations
· Build and maintain strong community relationships with referral sources
· Drive business development and implement growth strategies
· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Financial & Administrative Oversight
· Manage budgeting, billing, payroll, and KPI tracking
· Monitor performance metrics and implement operational improvements
· Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
· 3+ years of management experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, hospitality, or service-related fields
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Experience with scheduling, staffing, and customer service operations
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
· Familiarity with home care software platforms is a plus
· A passion for serving seniors and families
