We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Specialist to provide therapy, behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, and ongoing support in a structured outpatient environment. This role offers a predictable schedule, collaborative team setting, and the opportunity to work closely with primary care providers and care managers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and create treatment plans
  
• Provide outpatient therapy to adults and/or children
  
• Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services
  
• Manage a structured caseload and monitor patient progress
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  
• Connect patients with behavioral health and community resources
  
• Complete clinical documentation, progress notes, and discharge planning
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  
• Active LPC or LMSW license required
  
• 3+ years of outpatient behavioral health experience
  
• Experience in therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
