Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Lead to oversee all maintenance operations at Fillmore Place, a residential community in Phoenix. What You’ll Do

As the Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for both leadership and daily maintenance operations, including:

• Overseeing all maintenance activity including work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs
   
• Leading and training onsite maintenance staff
   
• Maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, fire systems, water heaters, and other building systems
   
• Ensuring all common areas, grounds, and exteriors meet company standards
   
• Managing work orders, purchase orders, and inventory
   
• Coordinating vendors and capital projects
   
• Conducting inspections and preparing units for move-in
   
• Leading monthly safety meetings and enforcing OSHA and company safety standards
   
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Tax Credit, and company policies

 What We’re Looking For

• EPA Certification a plus
   
• 1 to 3+ years of maintenance experience (leadership experience preferred)
   
• Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance
   
• Ability to supervise and motivate a maintenance team
   
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management systems
   
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
   
• Must be available for on-call rotation and occasional weekends
