We’re seeking individuals who:
🥋 Have martial arts experience (any discipline)
🌱 Are passionate about teaching kids, teens, and/or adults
💪 Are energetic, reliable, and work well in a team
📚 Are eager to learn and embrace our teaching system
🥇 Have an advanced rank or black belt (preferred)
🧑🏫 Have teaching experience (a plus!)
✅ Requirements:
🔞 Must be 18 years or older
✅ Must have a clean criminal background (employment contingent on passing a background check)
🚫 Must be drug and tobacco-free (IMAA is a drug-free workplace)
🚗 Must have reliable transportation
🎯 Must be coachable and willing to learn
🌟 Must bring enthusiasm and energy to every class
🗓️ Schedule Options:
⏰ Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM
⏰ Part-Time: Monday to Thursday, 4:45 PM to 8:45 PM, Friday (hours to be discussed)
📅 Additional hours available based on class demand and special events
