- 2+ years of proven sales experience (military recruiting, customer service, or leadership roles are a plus!)
- Strong communication and closing ability
- Organized, dependable, and ready to lead
- Able to work light evenings and Saturdays
- Management track available for reps with 3-5+ years of leadership or sales team experience
