This role is ideal for a florist, grower, or plant professional who understands design principles and wants to apply that knowledge in a hands-on, outdoor leadership role—without being stuck inside a shop all day.

Our in-house designer creates the primary container designs. The Team Lead’s responsibility is to execute those designs in the field, lead a crew through seasonal installations, and then transition to leading our Plant Health Care (PHC) team during the growing season once installations are complete.

This is a dynamic, field-based leadership role with year-round variety, responsibility, and growth opportunity. This position offers competitive pay based on experience, leadership responsibility, and seasonal performance.

That’s why we’ve developed training programs designed to support your personal success and help you grow professionally within the company.
