We are hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician to join our team in central Alabama. Whether you are experienced in the industry or looking for a career change with strong earning potential and a company that will train and support you — we would love to talk.

What You Will Earn
$50,000 – $60,000+ annual earnings opportunity in your first year

What You Will Do
•    Serve residential and commercial customers across a designated route in central Alabama
•    Identify pest issues, apply treatments, and help customers protect their homes and businesses
•    Communicate clearly and professionally with customers at each visit
•    Cross-sell additional APS services when the customer has a genuine need
•    Maintain accurate service records and follow daily route schedules
•    Drive safely, represent APS with pride, and follow all safety and compliance guidelines

What We Are Looking For
•    A reliable, hardworking person who enjoys being out in the field and working with people
•    Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
•    Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
•    Valid Alabama driver's license and clean driving record required
•    Ability to pass background check and drug screening
•    Pest control experience or license is a plus — but not required. We train.
