Job Highlights:
- Home Time: Enjoy weekly 34-hour resets
- Miles: Average around 1,800 miles per week (depending on hours of service and availability)
- Pay: Earn between $1,000 and $1,100 gross each week
- Freight: 100% no-touch freight (with 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unload)

Vacation Package:
- 1 year = 1 week
- 3 years = 2 weeks
- 7 years = 3 weeks
- 15 years = 4 weeks

Additional Pay & Bonuses:
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to +3 CPM for safety, mileage, and productivity (starts the first month after hire; must be active at payout time)

Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience (regional or OTR preferred)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 12 months
- Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong trip planning, communication, and safety awareness
- Willing to follow all DOT and company safety policies

Bonus Eligibility Notes:
- Bonuses may change with notice.
- This is an at-will position.
- Drivers must be actively employed on the bonus payout date.
