Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Who We’re Looking For:

• No previous experience required — just a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
• Comfortable using basic computer tools (we’ll train you!)
• Must be U.S.-based and 18+
