NP needed for FT ENT/Allergy Practice - FT/Interim

Our agency is in need of an FNP able to cover a FT interim locums or permanent position at a growing ENT & Allergy practice in Willow Grove, PA.

Duties:

Clinical Duties

1.  Evaluate and manage a broad spectrum of ENT and allergy conditions.

2.  Diagnose and treat ear and vestibular disorders, including hearing loss, tinnitus, and vertigo.

3.  Assist with urgent care visits and follow-up management.

4.  Support or perform cosmetic and in-office procedures (e.g., otoplasty, keloid removal, piercings).

5.  Collaborate with Dr. Goldberg on complex surgical and non-surgical ENT cases.

Administrative & Business Operations

1.  Optimize patient flow and enhance clinical efficiency.

2.  Manage EMR documentation and practice workflows.

3.  Assist in overseeing the allergy immunotherapy program and MedSpa services.

4.  Contribute to marketing, practice development, and community engagement.

5.  Drive quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.

6.  Add scheduling cosmetics facial plastic surgery cases.

Compensation

$90 per hour

FT hours

Locums or Perm placement

1.  Current NP license in Pennsylvania (required)

2.  ENT, Allergy, or Facial Plastics experience strongly preferred

3.  Passion for both patient care and practice operations

4.  Strong communication and collaboration skills

5.  Organized, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial

6.  Comfortable in a fast-paced private practice environment
