NP / PA - Urology Perrysburg

Wood County Urology Perrysburg Office, a subsidiary of Wood County Hospital, is seeking applications for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will perform duties in accordance with customary rules of ethics and conduct of the applicable State Board. 
 

Shift Details:

Hours: 36 hours per week

• M-Th 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
• F 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Shift: Day shift 

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Education:            

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

Minimum Certification:        

• Nurse Practitioner certification required. Current BLS certification and DEA license required.

OR

• Physician Assistant certification required. Current BLS certification and DEA license required.

Preferred Experience:          

• 3-5 years' experience preferred.
