The Program Manager is highly motivated, detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with a solid work history and proven communication skills to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment providing operational and scheduling solutions to address customer deliverables, with responsibilities that include consulting with Manufacturing and customer teams; leveraging internal groups including production, engineering and program management staff to optimize on-time manufacturing deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule complex products and coordinate multiple products for production.

• Generate reports and analyze information from Supply Ops, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, Sales and Production.

• Solicit material cost requests and negotiate better cost from suppliers OR Negotiate and drive lowest material costs for project needs. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2–5 years related purchasing/supply chain experience. 

• Excellent business communication skills (oral and written) including fluent speaking, reading, and writing skills in English and strong interpersonal skills. 

• Proven negotiation skills and solid knowledge of production and scheduling processes.  

• Proficient with the procurement principles, practices and procedures and previous vendor management experience.

• Solid background with EMS within supply chain management and MRP know how.

• Ability to work in dynamic, team-oriented, fast-paced environment. 

• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications including ability to work with pivot tables and v-lookups.
